Hello good people! My name is Sir, and I'm one of the sweetest and goofiest dogs you'll meet. I am super social and outgoing with people, and I do love to cuddle and snuggle when I'm in the mood for it. I have lots of young dog energy and can get over-excited at times, so I'll need adopters who are willing to work with me and train me so that I can manage my impulses. Because I can get too excited sometimes, I need to go to a calm home without children under teen-age so that I have the best chance at thriving. I have met some dogs while in the shelter and they've made me nervous, so I would need slow introductions to any new canine friends in the home. I simply adore being outside, whether that's sitting on a porch, going for a long walk, or getting my humans to help me chase squirrels. I'm also potty-trained! If you are willing to put in the time and effort to help me become the best version of myself, I'll be the most loyal and loving companion you could've asked for.
